Our references
We do not disclose the names of our clients.
Since 2022 we have worked with around a dozen European armed forces, some twenty drone manufacturers, and carried out close to thirty counter-drone audits of sensitive sites, among them a power station and two international airports.

Our story
Forged in fire.
Dronivka is a French company. Its capital and its leadership are wholly French. What sets it apart is where it spent the war: in Ukraine, on the ground, from the first months of the full-scale invasion.
Months under Shahed strikes and under the constant pressure of FPV drones around Donetsk made one thing plain. A revolution was under way in how drones are used in war, and much of it was being written in Ukraine. We built Dronivka to carry that lesson to the rest of the world and to teach others how to live with drones. We did it by hiring the experts we met along the 1,200 kilometres of front, the people who assemble drones every night.
Our vision
The drone revolution.

For centuries, armies have pushed war in one direction: simpler, more precise, produced in greater number and at lower cost. From the sling to the bow, the musket to the automatic rifle, every step served that logic. The drone is the next one.
In Ukraine we watched that step being taken. Drones used at scale, production pushed down to the smallest unit, a Darwinian pressure on equipment and a pace of iteration measured in days. The drone now lets smaller nations hold much larger rogue states in check. We believe the free world should learn from this to defend democracy, rather than wait to relearn it under fire.
The Drone Revolution: A Manifesto from the Frontline.
Our expertise comes from the ground
It started in Ukraine. It won't stay there.
Since 2022 we have tracked the technical, tactical and doctrinal shifts coming out of Ukraine. Our watch is daily, and it does not stop at one front. The drone hands whoever fields it a decisive advantage at very low cost, which is why it is already spreading well beyond the Ukrainian plain. It is turning up with the cartels, with insurgents across South Asia, in the deserts of the Sahel, in the hands of jihadist groups and organised crime. Police forces, sensitive sites and exposed public figures can no longer treat this as someone else's problem. It is shaping up to be one of the defining threats of the century.

Our principles
Four commitments we do not bend on.
I
Independent and neutral.
No manufacturer owns our judgement and we hold no stake in the systems we assess. Because our independence is real, so is our neutrality: we test rather than advocate, and we recommend the solutions that work under your constraints, with nothing to oversell and no commercial bias.
II
Confidentiality and security.
What we know stays protected, by contract and by internal procedure: your identity, the content of our missions and the profiles of our operators and instructors. The people we field clear the same bar, vetted for competence and for probity before they ever work a mission.
III
Operational rigour.
Observe, test, measure, then recommend. We never reverse that order. No doctrinal copy-paste, no technology fashion and no naive transposition of foreign experience.
IV
Strategic alignment.
We work for France, Ukraine, the Atlantic Alliance and aligned partner nations, and never against their interests. We take no political position and we are tied to no government: Dronivka is a wholly private company.
